Step 1. Open blogger and click on ‘Layout’ section.

Step 2. On blogger Sidebar click on “Add a Gadget”.

Step 3.Here click on More Gadgets.

Step 4. Click on Contact Form

Step 5. Click on save to save Contact Form in blogger sidebar.

Now to add contact us form on contact us page ,we first need to follow the above steps then hide sidebar contact form Gadget.

Step 1. Open blogger again and click on Theme

Step 5. Again click on black arrow ( as show in picture) to expand the code                  further.

Step 6. Remove the portion in between the code  <b:includable id='main'> and <b:include name='quickedit' />

Step 7. Click on save theme and now it will hide sidebar Contact form.

Step 1. Again go to blogger and click on pages.

Step 2. Now if you already not create a page then click on new page to create page,else if you already create contact page then click on edit.

Step 4. Now click on HTML section.
